missingWrote a review on Nov 09complimentary breakfastdusty roomdirty bathroom
The hotel offers complimentary breakfast with made-to-order omelets.
Upon checking in, I noticed my room was quite dusty, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bathroom also required a more thorough cleaning, as there was hair left behind and signs of neglect. Additionally, the lack of amenities, such as a pool and fitness center, really made the experience feel incomplete.

The room was cozy and well-designed, providing a comfortable bed and a nice-sized bathroom. The hotel's location is a significant advantage, being close to the Old Quarter yet quiet enough for peace. However, some noise from adjacent rooms could be an issue for light sleepers.

Just a decent option for a quick break in Hanoi with very good value for money. The deluxe queen room was really clean, and I appreciated the attentive staff who helped me with my baggage. If you need laundry service, you might want to plan ahead as it's a bit pricey.

Recommend it for couples
Completely renovated hotel on a quiet street the staff got to know us right away and provided personalized attention that was surprising. The breakfast buffet had different options like fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order and enjoying it on the rooftop was a highlight.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable.

The stay featured attentive staff, who provided helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants, enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a standout made-to-order omelet that contributed to a delightful start to each day. However, the room lighting was subpar, and the overall cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. Additionally, the absence of a swimming pool was disappointing, as it would have added value to the stay.
